Qualifications:
• Thai nationality only and Thai mother language, any gender
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
• Experience 3-5 year in documents control or project coordinator or secretary in construction.
• Good Emotional Quotient
• Friendly, cheerful and helpful
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good computer related skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to store and record information accurately
• Ability to handle many tasks at the same time.
Responsibilities:
• Print and distribute documents as needed
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
• Handle records across various departments
• Create templates for use by other personnel
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
• Establish and maintain record retention timelines.
• General office communication and coordination.
• Serve as the receiver of important mail, documents and ordered items delivered to the organization’s address.
• Perform general office duties such as filing and handling routine correspondence.
