Bureau Veritas Angola, a leading service provider in the Oil & Gas sector, reporting to District Sales Manager, Central Africa. The position is based in Angola.

In this position the person at the headquarters of Bureau Veritas in Angola-Luanda, the main objective is operational and day-to-day administrative HR.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years job related experience in the Oil& Gas sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a good understanding of payroll,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JOB SPECIFICATION: 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Preparation of payroll entry file and all payments (domestic and expatriate, freelance expatriate payments, preparation of HR statistics and roadmap.
  • Manage absences (leaves, illnesses, justified and unjustified)
  • Planning schedule (preparation, distribution, Timekeeping control),
  • Medical examinations preparation of the Guide,
  • Payment and regularization of the INSS and IRT,
  • Administrative declarations and requests,
  • Indirect cost control,
  • Management of employee processes (hiring, payments and dismissals),
  • Manage and maintain employees' individual folders,
  • Prepare payment orders to bank monthly,
  • Respond to employee requests and questions regarding HR
  • Keep record of contract renewal dates
  • Prepare monthly reports.
