Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team on a Full-Time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in project management.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Review designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and reviews as necessary.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
