Bureau Veritas Australia – Marine and Offshore division is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to play a pivotal role in Marketing, Operations, and Commercial functions across Australia and New Zealand.
The role:
The Commercial Coordinator will assist in enhancing organisational brand visibility, communication effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
This role provides a platform to develop professional and commercial skills within a small team, developing your potential for a global career within Bureau Veritas Group.
The successful candidate will be working 3 days a week only in our Adelaide office.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications Support
- Directly assist the Commercial Manager in coordinating marketing and brand material development
- Collaborate with the team in implementing marketing activities to promote Bureau Veritas' brand
- Coordinate content management for Bureau Veritas Pacific Marine and Offshore intranet and internet platforms
- Contribute to developing and maintaining brand assets aligned with Bureau Veritas' standards
- Support the preparation of marketing resources for events, presentations, and professional activities
Commercial Documentation Support
- Provide administrative support in drafting tenders and preparing proposal documentation
- Support the preparation of commercial notices and communication materials
- Assist in preliminary stages of contract development processes
- Support the development and formatting of commercial documentation
- Assist in preparing request for proposal (RFQ) and quotation (RFP) documents
Event Coordination
- Support coordination of external Bureau Veritas Pacific Marine and Offshore events and delegations
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, morning teas, and professional functions
- Help coordinate industry membership and related activities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Support the Commercial Manager in identifying and implementing business process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative documentation
Mandatory Requirements
- Australian Citizenship, and
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain an AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) clearance.
Other Requirements:
- Entry-level candidate with relevant educational background (final-year bachelor student of Commerce, Law, Business or Marketing)
- Alternatively, candidates with 3+ years experience in a similar supportive commercial role
- Motivated to develop commercial and administrative skills within a cross-functional support team
