About the role:
We are currently seeking to appoint Farm Auditors to join our Farm Assurance team in Adelaide, South Australia.
Our Farm Assurance team perform assessments and audits to support the dairy and meat industries to ensure that their products meet Australian and New Zealand food safety and animal welfare standards. This is a contractor position performing allocated audits and preparing reports for farms in the region.
Requirements:
- Hands on farming experience including knowledge of livestock handling and behavior
- Auditing experience is preferred but training can be provided
- Advanced relationship building skills with varied demographics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced attention to detail and the ability to make professional judgements
- Skills in close contact handling of large and small animals
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Drivers License
- Cattle Experience (desirable)\
