The Opportunity  

 

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Adelaide. This is a pivotal role for someone with expertise in built-form project management, who can confidently manage delivery phases and is excited about the prospect of working on a CBD development.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on a signature development that will shape Adelaide’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major residential mixed-use project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage contract administration processes, including variations, progress claims, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates to senior leadership and clients.

 

About You


You’re a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, bring strong commercial acumen, and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.

  • Extensive experience managing projects within property or social infrastructure, ideally degree-qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Background in built-form projects in Adelaide market open to experience across commercial, residential, education, health, etc ideally with exposure to consultancy or client-side roles.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to bring confidence to project management process.
