Bureau Veritas has a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring engineering leader to help shape our East Australian structural engineering business.

The location of this role is flexible across Queensland and New South Wales to match the right candidate with market opportunities.


About You:


You are a professionally qualified engineer with Australian consulting or contracting experience. You have attained or are eligible for registration with your professional association (eg CPEng, NER, RPEQ).  Your experience in structural engineering analysis, testing, construction or superintendence has equipped you to take the next step into expanding a team into multiple sectors which may include industrial, road, rail, ports, water, utilities, oil & gas or mining. You are confident in a construction or manufacturing setting where safety is paramount.  You understand risk and enjoy getting things done.


Additionally you have worked in a corporate environment where information technology provides a fundamental data collection and communication platform.  You consider yourself to have aptitude for innovation in technical solutions and entrepreneurism in a business context, and are seeking an opportunity to develop these skills in a supportive management framework.  Communication has been a key part of your role and you can demonstrate an ability to hear, identify and influence an outcome.
