The role:
This is a unique opportunity to kick start your HR career working with a global leader. You will be working with a vibrant and close knit People & Culture team that are committed to developing and maintaining the positive and efficient culture across the organisation. This role provides exposure to all facets of human resources, recruitment and provides varied learning opportunities.
As the People & Culture Administration Support you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to our operations in Western Australia. You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Attraction Consultant with posting advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates and collaborating with Hiring Managers. At the same time, you will be preparing employment lifecycle documentation, maintaining the HRIS (SuccessFactors), electronic filing subsidy claim and extracting & analysing data.
This position is an on-site role, and will be located at our Sorbonne Crescent, Canning Vale office. It offers flexible work options and a great career pathway develop your career in HR.
What’s needed?
Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:
- A passion for developing a career in human resources
- A good understanding of technology, databases and systems
- Experience in a generalist administration role is highly regarded
- Experience with recruitment would be highly regarded
