This role provides exposure to all facets of HR and provides many and varied learning opportunities.

 

As the People & Culture Coordinator you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to our operations in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible in helping our Talent Attraction Consultant in posting advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates and collaborating with Hiring Managers. At the same time, you will be preparing employment lifecycle documentation, maintaining the HRIS (SuccessFactors), electronic filing and extracting and analysing data.

 

You will also be involved in responding to general HR inquiries, assisting the People & Culture Manager with EBA negotiations, supporting large cyclical and planned HR projects, and onboarding and induction activities.

 

This position is an on-site role, and will be located at our Sorbonne Crescent, Canning Vale office.

 

What’s needed?                 

 

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

  • A passion for developing a career in HR
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent);
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role;
  • A good understanding of technology, databases and systems
  • Experience with recruitment would be highly regarded
