The Opportunity  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Pacific People & Culture team, supporting our Minerals business, with a primary focus on Western Australia and South Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and based on site at Canning Vale, this role will provide hands‑on recruitment coordination and operational support across blue‑ and white‑collar roles. You will work closely with Talent Attraction Consultants, hiring managers and P&C stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong candidate experience.

Our Minerals division supports clients across mining, exploration and commodities through testing, inspection and certification services. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting hiring for laboratory operations, site‑based roles and corporate functions across Australia, helping the business bring onboard the right talent at the right time.

This is a fast‑paced, highly collaborative role that offers exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment activity and an excellent opportunity to build your career within a global organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes across blue‑ and white‑collar roles, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, reference checks and offer documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional and timely recruitment experience
  • Support Talent Attraction Consultants and hiring managers with recruitment administration, onboarding preparation and pre‑employment checks
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ATS (SuccessFactors), ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and employment legislation
  • Assist with talent pipeline management, recruitment reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and employer branding activities
  • Support assessment days, site visits and other recruitment events as required

 

About You  

  • Experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration or talent support role, either in‑house or within an agency environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume, operational setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a genuine focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with recruitment systems, processes and confidential information
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who enjoys supporting others, learning new skills and contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes
