The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Integrity Engineer to join our expanding Structural Engineering Team in the Canning Vale branch. Your day could include performing structural inspections of major process assets, assessing and reporting on damage / corrosion, as well as reviewing and approving remedial scopes of work. You will be working with our very experienced and innovative team, using new inspection technologies such as drones, ROVs and laser scanning to support our clients in the resources sector with their asset integrity management.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to join the engineering team at Bureau Veritas and focus on continuous improvement, innovation, quality management, client account management and project planning.
This role will be located in Canning Vale, WA but we would also consider any other locations across Australia.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structural)
- Experience covering engineering design and inspections of structural steel works
- Knowledge of process equipment and machinery
- Sound understanding of Asset Management, inspection of equipment and infrastructure such as balanced machines, cranes, steel structures, materials handling equipment, process equipment, infrastructure, civil works
About You
- Engineering Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of engineering
- Familiar with mining structures
- Preferred to have CPEng and RPEQ
- Based in Singleton or welling to relocate
- Have valid working visa

Base Salary between $87,000 and $98,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience, plus well paid overtime & allowances, and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation.
