The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join our Pacific People & Culture team, supporting our Minerals business nationally, with a primary focus on Western Australia and South Australia. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and located on site at Canning Vale this role will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment across both blue and white‑collar roles, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver practical, high‑quality and timely hiring outcomes.
Our Minerals division supports clients across mining, exploration and commodities through testing, inspection and certification services. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring we attract the right talent to support laboratory operations, site‑based roles and corporate functions across Australia.
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with a strong operational focus and close connection to the business. You will work in partnership with hiring managers, P&C Business Partners and the wider Talent Attraction team to provide trusted recruitment advice, market insights and a positive candidate experience, while supporting our broader employer branding and workforce growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across blue‑ and white‑collar roles, managing sourcing, screening, assessment centres, interviews and offer processes across a diverse operational portfolio
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights to support effective hiring decisions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques, including job boards, social platforms and professional networks
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience while supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing and attraction initiatives
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies, accurately manage ATS data (Success Factors), and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment either in‑house or within an agency environment, with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced, operational setting
- Strong stakeholder partnering skills, with confidence working alongside hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver practical recruitment solutions
- Demonstrated capability sourcing and engaging candidates using contemporary recruitment tools, systems and proactive attraction strategies, with the flexibility to travel occasionally to support business needs
- A collaborative and positive team player who enjoys working as part of a supportive P&C group, thinks innovatively, brings new ideas to improve and streamline recruitment processes, and has fun along the way while getting the job done
