The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team at the Gauge Circuit facility in Canning Vale. This role plays a key part in supporting the Business Development team and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.

As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client quotations and proposals, and maintain pricing schedules
  • Update and create contacts/opportunities in Salesforce, and manage supplier/vendor application forms
  • Generate purchase orders, process invoices and expense claims, and support monthly reporting requirements
  • Coordinate conferences, events, travel bookings, and staff attendance, including associated marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support such as meeting minutes, reception backup, phone enquiries, and general office tasks
  • Support staff, customers, and suppliers with day‑to‑day enquiries and ensure smooth communication across teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards relating to safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including reporting incidents/hazards and participating in training and toolbox talks

 

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous administration experience and the following skillsets:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail / accuracy
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A positive can-do attitude, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
