The Opportunity   

 

We are looking for a casual Prill Process Coordinator to maintain sample through put and assay quality through Prill Process.

 

  • Ensure samples are weighed accurately and in a timely manner according to priority as directed
  • Ensure all weighing procedures are used and adhered to
  • Ensure samples are digested and analysed timeously
  • Undertake tasks as directed by the Laboratory Manager
  • Ensure good laboratory housekeeping is performed
  • Utilise time effectively for optimum productivity
  • Ensure set tasks are completed on or before time
  • Follow QHSE procedure

 

 

About You   

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

  • Strong interest in relevant laboratory/scientific areas
  • Reliable and keen to work 
  • Physically fit, prepared to carry out manual tasks  
  • Have the ability to follow set procedures and good attention to detail 
  • Be willing to work as part of a team with a high focus on quality & safety 

 

 

Roster

  • Monday to Friday roster – Day shift
  • With 2 hours overtime per week 

 

Safety is an absolute. Ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing and the ability to meet site inductions, include COVID vaccinations, will be a requirement of working on site. 

 

Must live locally in the Mackay region. NO FIFO.
