About the role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Technical team to achieve project and client outcomes. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure effective communication and monitor critical deadlines through to completion. Your attention to detail and ability to follow up deadlines will be crucial in helping the team deliver high-quality project deliverables on time. 

 

Some key tasks are:

  • Accurate data entry in all databases in conjunction with file/document management system in accordance with quality processes. 
  • Ensure all client correspondence/liaison is conducted in a professional and effective manner, through all forms of communication.
  • Assist with the development of clear written procedures to meet project and company workflow objectives and provide training to fellow team members. 
  • Assist in the production of high-quality project support including processing Certificates, Reports, local authority lodgements and any other legislative documents across all states. 
  • Process project registration requests and action database searches to obtain all relevant information to complete project setup. 
  • Consistently manage own workload for completion of allocated tasks with a high level of organisation and accuracy to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate to clients and management of any anticipated delays. 

 


What we are looking for: 

Relevant administration experience in a fast paced office environment with a high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.   The ability to learn new tools and technologies and a passion for using technology to improve work efficiency.
