Project Manager – Built Environment

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our Melbourne team and help deliver a diverse mix of built environment projects across education, residential, aviation, and general built form. You’ll bring clarity, leadership, and structure to every stage of the project lifecycle — often within live, operational settings where your work makes an immediate difference.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of multidisciplinary built environment projects in a client facing role.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Manage works within live settings (schools, residential, airports, retail) with a focus on safety and minimal disruption.

• Be responsible for contract administration and day‑to‑day project controls.

• Drive planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

• Champion quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery.

About You

You’re a motivated, adaptable Project Manager with an interest in delivering projects that matter. You bring technical strength, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in project management within the built environment (construction/contract admin/project engineer, architecture, or engineering).

• Exposure to projects in live, operational environments.

• Solid understanding of construction delivery and stakeholder coordination.

• Confidence working closely with clients and project partners in a consultancy environment.

• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a desire to grow your consultancy career.
