Project Manager – Built Environment

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our Melbourne team and help deliver a diverse mix of built environment projects across education, residential, aviation, and general built form. You’ll bring clarity, leadership, and structure to every stage of the project lifecycle — often within live, operational settings where your work makes an immediate difference.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of multidisciplinary built environment projects in a client facing role.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Manage works within live settings (schools, residential, airports, retail) with a focus on safety and minimal disruption.

Be responsible for contract administration and day‑to‑day project controls.

Drive planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

Champion quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery.
About You
You’re a motivated, adaptable Project Manager with an interest in delivering projects that matter. You bring technical strength, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Ideally, you have:

Experience in project management within the built environment (construction/contract admin/project engineer, architecture, or engineering).

Exposure to projects in live, operational environments.

Solid understanding of construction delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Confidence working closely with clients and project partners in a consultancy environment.

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a desire to grow your consultancy career.
