The Opportunity
We have a brand-new opportunity for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join our Pacific People & Culture team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with leaders across Bureau Veritas to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical, professional and workforce roles, supporting both operational and corporate functions throughout Australia and New Zealand.
This is a highly visible role offering variety, stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to influence workforce growth across the Pacific region. You'll be joining a high-performing, supportive Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about finding great talent, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Working closely with hiring managers, People & Culture Business Partners and your TA colleagues, you'll play a key role in helping Bureau Veritas attract and retain the people who drive our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of senior leadership, technical, professional and blue-collar roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective attraction strategies and provide market insights that support quality hiring decisions.
- Source, engage and build talent pipelines using proactive search techniques, social platforms and recruitment channels.
- Champion a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment compliance, ATS data integrity and contribute to continuous improvement across talent acquisition practices.
About You
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either an internal Talent Acquisition or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across a broad range of roles, including technical, operational and frontline positions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement using contemporary recruitment tools and platforms.
- Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
