The Opportunity

Project Manager – Buildings

 

As a Project Manager within our multidisciplinary Perth team, you’ll lead and deliver building projects across the full lifecycle — from early design through construction to handover — partnering closely with public and private sector clients.

 

Our work spans $10m–$200m+ projects across a diverse range of sectors, including:

  • Retail and mixed‑use developments
  • Commercial refurbishments and new builds
  • Residential and retirement living
  • Education and health
  • Aviation, civic and community infrastructure

 

The Role:

No two projects are the same and as a Project Manager in our Buildings team the role will be diverse, interesting and a great opportunity for continuous learning.

  • Supporting and progressively leading projects end‑to‑end
  • Working closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants during design
  • Assisting with contractor procurement and tender processes
  • Administering building contracts during construction, including variations, EOTs, claims and practical completion
  • Managing project programs, budgets and reporting
  • Working directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear, practical advice

 

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience delivering or managing building projects within consulting, architecture, construction, engineering or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, including design management and construction delivery
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills, with confidence leading project teams and stakeholders
  • Sound commercial judgement and understanding of time, cost, risk and quality
  • A genuine interest in building your long‑term career in the WA property and infrastructure market
