Our Property & Development Advisory team partners with diverse clients — including local councils, state government agencies, universities, REITs, and private developers — creating solutions that deliver meaningful impact across Western Australia.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Property and Development Advisory team in Perth, leading the delivery of high‑quality urban, property, and development advisory services across a broad portfolio of public and private sector clients.
This role will play a key part in shaping strategic outcomes, supporting major planning processes, and contributing to the continued growth of our Advisory practice. You will work closely with senior leaders, multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful, evidence‑based advice that drives value for clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multidisciplinary advisory projects across planning, property and development, ensuring high‑quality outcomes aligned to scope, schedule, budget and client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, leading meetings, presentations and communications as a trusted advisor.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, contributing to capability development, knowledge sharing and consistent delivery excellence.
- Drive business development and industry engagement, identifying opportunities, contributing to bids and proposals, and maintaining awareness of market trends and emerging opportunities.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning, Property, Economics, Commerce, Public Policy or a related field, with proven planning experience highly desired.
- Strong capability delivering advisory services such as feasibility studies, business cases, planning processes, stakeholder engagement and strategic reviews.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities in a consultancy environment.
