Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Report Writer or Reporting Administrator to work closely with our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering information and results from engineers and transforming that data into clear, concise reports that effectively communicate project findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to gather relevant project information and data.
- Write, edit, and format technical reports that clearly present findings and results.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, thorough, and adhere to company standards.
- Coordinate with team members to meet reporting deadlines.
- Assist in developing report templates and guidelines to streamline the writing process.
- Maintain organised records of reports and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with engineers and team members.
- Local residents preferred to ensure engagement with the team.
