The Opportunity

Join Bureau Veritas' growing national Bid Support team and play a key role in securing government, infrastructure, and commercial projects across the Pacific region. Working closely with Bid Leaders, technical specialists and key stakeholders, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality bids, tenders and proposals that support business growth and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end bid, tender and proposal activities across multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Support Bid Leaders with bid strategies, pursuit planning and mobilisation activities.
  • Manage bid schedules, milestones, deliverables and action registers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
  • Review tender documentation to identify requirements, risks, opportunities and key deliverables.
  • Prepare, write, edit and format high-quality bid content and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across the business to obtain content, technical input and supporting information.
  • Monitor bid progress and proactively escalate risks, issues or delays as required.
  • Conduct research into client requirements, market trends and competitor activity to support bid development.
  • Manage document control processes and ensure submission materials are complete, accurate and professionally presented.
  • Coordinate bid reviews and approval processes to meet governance and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain bid reporting, content libraries, templates and supporting resources.
  • Contribute to lessons learned reviews, continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice bid processes.

 

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals within a fast-paced environment. You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bid coordination, tender management or proposal development.
  • Experience supporting submissions throughout the tender lifecycle from planning through to lodgement.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate contributors across multiple business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver multiple submissions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Experience identifying risks, maintaining action registers and supporting bid governance processes.
  • Ability to interpret tender documentation and translate requirements into coordinated bid responses.
  • Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, property or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Adobe Creative Suite or document design software experience advantageous.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for producing high-quality submissions and supporting business growth.
