Our Property & Development Advisory team works with a diverse mix of clients — from local councils and NSW Government to REITs and private developers, creating solutions that make a real difference across NSW and Australia.
We’re looking for a Development Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. An all-rounder with a background in financial feasibility modelling to help drive strategic investment decisions.
If you have 3–5 years’ experience in the front end of development projects, this is your opportunity to accelerate your growth.
- Develop business cases for all levels of Government
- Conduct feasibility modelling and provide highest and best use advice
- Drive structure planning and master planning projects
- Offer strategic input across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects

About You
You’re curious, ambitious, and ready to make your mark in property development. You bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in development management, property advisory, or planning, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach that builds trust
- Proficiency in feasibility and financial modelling, with experience in EstateMaster preferred
- A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning
- Exposure to consultancy, government, or private sector development environments — ideally with experience working in multidisciplinary teams
