We’re seeking a forward‑thinking in‑house Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team during an exciting period of growth and change. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of our Pacific marketing strategy while playing a hands‑on role in shaping high‑quality, market‑leading brand outcomes across the business.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Communications Manager and wider sales and marketing team, you’ll support our marketing initiatives end‑to‑end — from concept development through to rollout, refinement and delivery of final design files. You’ll help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing creative thinking to elevate how we communicate to the market.

This is a collaborative, fast‑paced role suited to a designer who enjoys variety, ownership and seeing their work make a tangible business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual Pacific marketing strategy and plan
  • Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to interpret briefs, develop creative ideas and explore multiple design solutions
  • Taking direction on design briefs, brand roll‑outs and artwork requirements designing and supporting engaging content across external and internal communications
  • Managing, cataloguing and filing design assets to ensure a clear source of truth for the business
  • Managing design workflow to support turnaround times
  • Staying up to date with trends in design, branding, advertising and digital technology, and proactively identifying new ways to differentiate the business

About You

You thrive in a hands‑on, in‑house environment and enjoy balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. Detail‑oriented and adaptable, you respond positively to feedback and take pride in delivering work to a high standard.

You’ll bring:

  • A Graphic Design qualification with 1.5–3 years’ professional experience, ideally in an in‑house or corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and disciplines
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • An interest in property, transport, infrastructure, construction, engineering or the built environment, and a desire to work alongside like‑minded professionals

If you’re a motivated Graphic Designer looking to grow your career while contributing to meaningful, high‑profile work, we’d love to hear from you. Join us as we continue to strengthen our brand and evolve our marketing capability across the business.
