Program Project Manager – National Programs (Sydney)
Shape the rhythm of fast‑paced, multi‑site project delivery across Australia
We’re on the lookout for a Program Project Manager who thrives on momentum, solves problems before they land, and brings structure to beautifully complex programs. If you love the buzz of coordinating multiple moving parts — and the satisfaction of seeing a high‑velocity program land seamlessly — this role is for you.
About the Role
Think of this role as the conductor of a multi‑site project orchestra. You’ll be orchestrating planning, design, procurement, approvals, delivery, and handover across a network of concurrent projects, ensuring they move forward in harmony.
Your day‑to‑day will blend strategy and action: maintaining program cadence, smoothing friction points, aligning stakeholders, and keeping every site on track. You’ll have a strong hand in shaping how national programs roll out — and improving the way they do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Steering multiple project workstreams within a coordinated national program
- Bringing consultants, contractors, and suppliers together so delivery feels seamless
- Leading the charge on design, documentation, and the approvals journey
- Keeping a sharp eye on budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting
- Protecting delivery continuity across live, operational environments
- Building trust with clients and advising them with clarity, confidence, and insight
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of project management experience in fast‑paced environments — retail, hospitality, commercial, fit‑out, or any sector where speed and precision matter
- Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the tempo
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to bring stakeholders along for the journey
- A blend of autonomy, curiosity, and teamwork — comfortable working independently and contributing to a broader program team
- Tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, property, architecture, or related disciplines
