Property Lease Executive | Government Client Portfolio

 

We are partnering with a highly regarded government client to recruit a Property Lease Executive to support leasing operations across a diverse and dynamic property portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team environment where your attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills will play a vital role in delivering effective leasing outcomes.

 

About the Role

 

As a Property Lease Executive, you will work closely with Property Managers to coordinate and support leasing activity across the portfolio. You will be instrumental in driving leasing campaigns, managing tenant enquiries, and progressing transactions from initial enquiry through to lease execution.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating leasing campaigns and managing tenant enquiries
  • Assisting in the preparation of Heads of Agreement and lease documentation
  • Supporting negotiations on lease terms and conditions
  • Monitoring critical lease milestones including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and property systems
  • Ensuring high standards of reporting, compliance, and data integrity
  • Providing day-to-day support to Property Managers across lease administration activities

 

This position offers strong exposure to end-to-end lease processes within a well-structured and reputable environment.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in property, leasing, or real estate administration
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with an interest in the property sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using CRM or property management systems (desirable)
