The role:

This position is a Hybrid role based in Sydney. You will be required to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant state based regulations, undertaking a full range of Building Surveying duties as well as technical and project management skills.  In addition, you will be responsible for the training and mentoring of junior colleagues as well as actively participation in management meetings, following through on delegation of tasks and contributing to company performance targets, marketing to new clients and preserving relationships with an existing client base.

 

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

  • 5+ years’ experience working on large, complex commercial projects is essential
  • Substantial experience working in Private industry.
  • Unrestricted Building Surveying registration
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • An ability to mentor people around them.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and considered reports.
  • Professional attitude, friendly personality and self-motivated.
