  • Major Responsibilities
  • Develop or update necessary TIQ local procedures to comply with applicable requirements.
  • Ensure TIQ procedures are implemented effectively across all operations.
  • Check the deployment of the Client Satisfaction survey processes.
  • Prepare  supervision and monitoring plan and ensure activities are completed as per plan, review reports, conduct random checks, and maintain documentation in Siebel Q&S/Excel/Any other software.
  • Distribute feedback forms to departments, monitor NPS, follow up on remarks, handle negative feedback, and maintain client data accuracy.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis of on-complaint, performance, propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure qualifications of inspectors following BVBPL procedures, plan annual and need-based training.
  • Promote awareness of Quality Management System, BVBPL policies, internal procedures, and conduct knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Ensure closure of audit findings and complaints in I-EVALUATE, verify consistent implementation, and monitor compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare monthly quality reports, maintain system documentation, cascade memos, present departmental objectives, and attend quarterly TIQ calls.
  • Monitor internal/external audit closures, ensure effective corrective actions, review contracts for compliance, and support accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate country tasks (Management System, Audit & reports).

 

 

 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

 

  • Achieve 100% deployment of Client Satisfaction surveys for all completed projects.
  • Ensure closure of internal/external audit findings and complaints in I-EVALUATE within deadlines.
  • Submit monthly TIQ quality report by the 5th working day of each month.
  • Conduct 100% planned annual training for inspectors.
  • Group programs: monitoring of safety campaigns KPIs.

 

Ø Qualification and Experience

  • B. Sc. in any discipline with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.

 

 

  • Skills& Qualities:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • An intrinsic Task Master.
  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
  • Should have a pleasing personality
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001: able to conduct internal audit, to maintain certifications
  • Legal applicable requirements: knowledgeable in applicable local legal requirements
  • Accident investigation: able to coordinate an accident investigation (5 whys)
