CAD Operator

⮚ Purpose of Position 
-    The job incumbent is responsible for preparing of CAD drawing includes as-building drawing, retrofitting drawing, working drawing for new construction.  
-    Support business line to comply with all TQR Issues.
-    The position performs in line with the Bureau VERITAS quality assurance system, including the BV code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
    
⮚ Major Responsibilities
-    Preparing as-built structural and architectural drawings professionally.
-    Preparing Floor Load Plans.
-    Preparing structural retrofit working drawing efficiently.

-    Preparing structural working drawing for new construction (Steel & RCC)
-    Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements. 

⮚ Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
-    Availability for executions of projects : 95%
-    Reworks of reports : Less than 2%
-    Training for competency development: 10 days per year

⮚ Qualification and Experience
-    Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.     

⮚ Skills& Qualities:

-    Excellent interpersonal skills. 
-    An intrinsic Task Master. 
-    Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
-    Should have a pleasing personality
