Ø Purpose of Position

 

  • The job incumbent is responsible for Audit Scheduling and Contract Administration for all the schemes
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

 

         

  • Major Responsibilities

 

  • Audit Scheduling in coordination with the client. Ensure monthly revenue by proper scheduling.
  • Scheme specific audit schedule management using tools such as Excel. 
  • Contract Administration to ensure correct & updated information of clients.
  • Monitoring Scheduling Performance.
  • Timely follow up of recertification clients and notify sales team.
  • Collect timely SF10 from auditors and invoice instruction to Accounts Department.
  • Maintain and update auditor’s qualification related documents.
  • Maintain clients’ files in FTP including application package.
  • Admin review of Certification and Recertification files. Follow up till certificate issue. 
  • Help certification manager and operations Manager  for his daily activities for smooth operation.
  • Management of CMX task properly.

 

  • Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

 

  • 3 months Advance Audit Scheduling
  • Scheduling a Competent Team for an audit and Training at all the times
  • Maintaining the desired utilization rate of resources
  • Timely incorporation of changes in Client’s administrative information in the Production Tools as a part of Contract Administration responsibility.
  • Timely invoicing.
  • Monthly revenue. 

 

 

  • Qualification and Experience
  • Any graduate (Preferably Science or Computer Science) with Min. 2 years of experience.
  • Additional course on computer applications would be desirable.
  • Knowledge about ISO 17021, GFSI requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of certification requirements, suspension and withdrawal.
