Ø Purpose of Position 

-    Develop new markets and keep rapport with the existing ones. 

    
Ø Major Responsibilities

-    Sound market knowledge of In-service verification (Electrical & Fire assessment&comma  Energy Audit&comma Design review etc and other Conformity Assessment services. 
-    Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill&comma capability and customer focus.
-    Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend&comma consumer behavior and annual business plan
-    Knowledge in BNBC&comma Electricity Rules&comma Alliance and Accord Standard&comma NFPA
-    Having experience in Electrical Safety Audit&comma or Fire Safety Audit
-    Knowledge of periodical  in service inspection and service of heavy equipment/ machineries/ fire system
-    Experience in Sales and Marketing      
-    Designing marketing materials in line with global communication policy and customizing them to local context for use in Business Development. 
-    Strong marketing communication – including in person visits. 
-    Collecting initial data from client&comma carrying out contract review&comma and preparing proposals. 
-    Achieving sales in line with set targets. 
-    Managing budgets and monitoring competitor activity
-    Supporting the Business Development Process along with other interfacing processes. 
-    Providing weekly/monthly sales report.

 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

-    Establishing 2-3 new clients per month.  
-    Have the motivation for sales and marketing.
