ØPurpose of Position    

-    The job incumbent is responsible for Sales & Marketing of all CTC Lab products in the area/ region.
-    Support business line to achieve Sales Target and sales growth
-    The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy


Ø Major Responsibilities

-    Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.

Understanding CTC LAB products and Sales Process

-    Demonstrate the ability to identify the significant areas CTC LAB business in Bangladesh
-    Demonstrate an understanding of products of CTC LAB
-    Demonstrate an awareness of key BV systems (Like proposal submission and tracking, contract review, sales report generation etc.)
-    Prepare proposals and Contract review based on client’s requirements
-    Prepare tender synopsis and tender bid documents

   Business Development & Sales

-    Identify new business opportunities through market study and field visit
-    Create a demand for BV services in the market
-    Follow-up with the leads and send proposals of BV services
-    Tracking the status of proposals and client leads
-    Prepare offer and contract reviews
-    Support other sales team for cross selling.
-    Prepare win lost analysis
-    Making monthly sales reports for the area / region.
-    Prepare database of clients.
-    Arrange promotional events like seminars, workshop, client meet etc.
-    Achieve sales & growth target.


ØCriteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

-    Number of new customer visit- 20 per month
-    Achieve sales target- 100%
-    To minimize attrition of clients
-    Achieve higher selling price to maintain targeted OP level

ØQualification and Experience

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 1-5 years’ work experience where 2 years specially in the field of sales and marketing in construction filed.


Ø    Skills & Qualities:

  • Good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Knowledge on present market scenario.
  • Must be strong in English for oral & written communication.
  • Advance knowledge in MS office, Excel, Power point etc.
