Ø Purpose of Position

  • Develop new markets and keep rapport with the existing ones.

         

ØPurpose of Position

         

  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

 

 

 

Ø Major Responsibilities

 

  • Assimilate, understand and operate the BV Certification Quality Management System in all activities relevant to the post
  • Responsible for undertaking audit activities in accordance with BV CER policy and scheme
  • requirements, including:
  • Audit client as per the audit plan
  • Contribute to the writing of reports and follow-up
  • Ensure audit report contribution, finding evidences and auditor notes are submitted to team Leader in a timely manner
  • Submit information in a timely manner
  • Ensure that client Non Conformities assigned to follow-up are answered within a timely manner and review and analyse client answers
  • Answer to any requests during the technical review of files

 

 

                                         

ØCriteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

 

  • Write reports and perform follow up
  • Ensure audit reports, finding evidences and auditor notes are submitted in a timely manner
  • Ensure that client Non Conformities are closed in a timely manner, review and analyse client answers

 

 

 

Education and Certification 

  • Qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline.
  • Lead Auditor course on SA 8000, ISO 45001:2018
  • Knowledge of social audit standards and relevant regulatory requirements 
  • Another standard relevant training will be added advantage like  ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMETA, etc.
  • Auditors with APSCA registration ( Certified Social Compliance Auditors will be given preference)

Experience:

  • 5-10 years work experience in any sector including at least Five-year full time work experience, working on a direct production/quality control related position in the food industry, Have Experience in a wide range of compliance management
  • Auditing Experience will get more preference on third party Management system certification auditing and social auditing
