QC Engineer

• Ø Purpose of Position 
  -    The job incumbent is responsible to assign the project manager to execute the construction project
      
  Ø Major Responsibilities
• Monitor the project schedule.
• Review the bill generated by contractor 
• Monitor inventory of the project. .  
• Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCC
  Review of QAP & Quality Manual
  Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements. 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
-    Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
-    Cost control
-    Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
-    Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
-    Development and management of human resources

Ø Qualification and Experience
-    B. Sc in Civil with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.     

Ø    Skills& Qualities:

-    Excellent interpersonal skills. 
-    An intrinsic Task Master. 
-    Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
-    Should have a pleasing personality
