ØPurpose of Position           

 

  • The job incumbent is responsible for Sales & Marketing of all IND and NDT Services.
  • Support business line to comply with all TQR Issues.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

 

 

 

Ø Major Responsibilities

 

  • Follow BV TIQ Policies and HSE Requirements.
  • Understanding sales Process.

 

 

    Sales
 

  • Perform as per the KPI assigned.
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies Initiate activities to develop business as per the plan.
  • Communicating with client for developing business (including field visits)
  • Preparing proposals & contract reviews.
  • Presenting BV services to clients using PPT, Borchure, e-mail, phone calls.
  • Liaison with other business development team for cross-selling.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochure, power point presentation etc
  • Managing budgets and monitoring competitor activity
  • Supporting the marketing manager, other managers and other colleagues
  • Providing weekly/monthly sales report
  • Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and develop new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and feasibility planning for new services.
  • Prepare tender documents submission on behalf of organization.

 

QHSE Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in Marketing.
  • 4 to 5 year(s) of experience in related field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • An intrinsic Task Master.
  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
  • Should have a pleasing personality.
  • Thorough knowledge of power sector in the country.
  • Acquaintances with third party, advisory services for power sector.

  • To achieve individual sales budget / target in the area / region
  • To increase the number of proposals compared to previous year
  • To sell a diverse range of IND products
  • To minimise attrition of clients

  • To ensure SF (Sales Force) filling — in and integrity in a prompt and timely manner
