Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
• Develop and maintain BV inspection technical documents, including but not limited to Inspection protocol, Inspection method, Training & assessment material, Product taxonomy, Service taxonomy, Workload matrix.
• Develop / support global client solution, to support client and its supply chain quality management and improvement globally.
• Handle / support new services development.
• Handle / support supply chain advisory program / project, to support client for supply chain improvement.
• Review, develop and maintain key / strategic clients’ inspection technical documents, including but not limit to IFI (Inspection Field Instruction), Inspection protocol, Training & assessment material.
• Handle key / strategic clients’ technical communication, consultation, when necessary
• Provide technical training and assessment for internal staff or client;
• Provide technical support for internal teams, like inspection operation team, client interfacing team, and client program management team, etc.
• Drive technical digitalization improvement, like but not limit to, digitalized client solution, and digitalized technical governance.
Job Responsibility & Accountability:
• Collect industry standard, law, regulation and related information about consumer products;
• Draft and maintain the BV technical documents such as SOP, WI, inspection protocol, inspection method, training material, assessment paper, Workload matrix, Product taxonomy, Service taxonomy, Workload matrix, etc.;
• Develop / support global client solution, to support client and its supply chain quality management and improvement globally.
• Handle / support new services development.
• Handle / support supply chain advisory program / project, to support client for supply chain improvement.
• Handle strategic clients’ technical communication, consultation.
• Review client’s technical requirement or change request, and prepare or maintain the related technical documents for client when necessary via PSU (program start up) or TCMP (technical change management) process.
These technical documents includes but not limit to, client inspection protocol, IFI and training material.
• Provide technical training and assessment for internal staff or client;
• Review and maintain inspector training & qualification and correlation system
o Review and maintain inspector qualification criteria;
o Review and maintain general training plan for inspector’s competence qualification;
o Develop training course;
o Provide on site assessment or on-site training for inspectors (when necessary);
o Review and score question paper (when necessary);
o Prepare the training material and exam for My-learning system;
o Review inspector performance to prepare annually correlation examination material upon product categories and implementation;
o Develop, organize, provide and review Correlation Test to inspectors;
• Answer technical enquiry from internal staff or client by INQ process;
• Provide technical support, for inspection operation team, client interfacing team, and client program management team, etc.
• Support technical governance / management related processes maintains and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical digitalization improvement, like but not limit to, digitalized client solution, and digitalized technical governance.
• Attend TTT course training and acquire the qualified certificate. Upgrading in annual renewal.
• Other delegated job from people manager.

Qualifications:
• Certificate from college or above and major in engineering or science.
• Good knowledge of HL and E&E products inspection and testing.
• At least 3 years’ HL / Electronic / Electrical field related experience; testing, inspection, and quality management related background or similar is preferred.
• Good English in both written and oral, can handle English working environment.
• Necessary computer knowledge.
• Solid experience of supply chain quality management or manufacturer quality management, know how to build production quality management system.
The following is not must but a plus:
• 6 sigma knowledge and experience is a plus, e.g. green belt or black belt.
• LEAN manufacture knowledge and experience is a plus, e.g. experience of LEAN project.
• IATF16949 knowledge and experience is a plus, e.g. understanding of FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP; and solid experience is preferred.
• Digital skill is a plus, e.g. experience of digitalization improvement project.
