Strategic Planning


  • Elaborate yearly or longer time sales growth plan for Project Management business or HSE service
  • Define business development strategy and sales target for Project Management business or HSE service
  • Execute quarterly planning review to analyze quarterly results and initiate corrective actions cooperating with S&M team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance (by BU/sales/product/industry/contract scale, etc.) and initiate improvement actions
  • Carry out monitoring of operating expenses


Business Development (Commercial Development)


  • Implement business development strategy and fulfill development targets
  • Identify potential clients for target business
  • Establish partnership with potential business channels Customer Relationship Management
  • Work with KA team for coordination & management of overall CRM for key accounts
  • Coordinate and support in processing all complaints/requests from key accounts




  • Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (incl. market / competitors / customers / key events)
  • Elaborate reports on field trips
  • Reporting of incidental key issues



  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with commercial or technical background
  • Working Experience: More than 5 years working experience in BD Function
  • Forecasting and planning, good strategic thinking skill
  • Excellent communication skills and business awareness
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good English and local language skills
