--> Purpose:

Reporting to the Technical & Operations Director B&I Global Business Line, provide technical and methodological support to B&I network, and develop and roll out new services and solutions for Energy Transition (Energy Performance, Green Building, Climate Resilience).

--> Main Responsibilities:

• Service Packaging: Develop specific service packages that address the energy transition needs of clients. Create clear and detailed technical proposals and production templates (technical procedures) that include the full range of services offered by Bureau Veritas in the context of energy transition (Energy Performance, Green Building, Climate Resilience).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all proposed solutions comply with local and international regulations and standards related to energy and sustainability.
• Technical Advisory: Provide technical advice on proposed solutions and their benefits in terms of efficiency and sustainability.
• Training: Develop training programs for internal staff to sale and produce Energy Transition services into their region (Energy Performance, Green Building, Climate Resilience).
• Research and Development: Stay updated on trends and advancements in clean energy technologies and sustainability to constantly integrate innovations into the services offered.
• Assist and support BV network for all questions related to B&I opportunities/offers/contracts, such as: defining scope of work, evaluating risks/benefits, finding out internal resources, finding out references related to Transition Energy Services (Energy Performance, Green Building, Climate Resilience).
• Digital: implementation of digital tools related to Transition Energy Services.

--> Main Challenges:

• Adequately prepare a package of services and development of technical guidelines and procedures aimed at the energy transition, to implement and achieve the objectives of Strategic Plan 28.
• Manage multiple middle term projects in parallel in various technical domains, and implement them in due quality, time and budget, in spite on numerous short term priority changes, etc..
• Keep permanently open to new market needs and innovative solutions.

--> Experience and skills:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Building Systems Engineering, Energy Management, etc.).
• Proven experience 10-15 years in Sustainability Services for Buildings.
• Familiarity with building systems, HVAC, lighting, and other energy-related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Language proficiency: Fluent English, verbal & written. French a plus.
