 Within the design evaluation department of our Technical Department, you will join a team of engineers specializing in Lifting Equipment and Machinery installed on ships and offshore platforms.

Your role is to ensure the technical compliance of your projects by conducting verification calculations using our technical software.

In this context, your missions include:

- Evaluating the structural design of lifting equipment and machinery in accordance with Bureau Veritas regulations or any other recognized standard

- Conducting structural calculations using tools and software developed internally or externally (e.g., BV STEEL, FEM, etc.)

- Contributing to the development and validation processes of Bureau Veritas Regulations and associated calculation tools.

With a higher education background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or naval architecture, you possess knowledge of material strength and structural calculation skills.

Knowledge in the field of lifting equipment structure, regulations, and associated construction standards would be advantageous for your application.
