Express your talents!

Based at our Marseille Center and integrated within a team of experts, you will serve as the technical referent and representative for missions focused on ensuring the technical compliance of ships with applicable standards.

 

Your role will consist of conduct vessel inspections in service.

As a true ambassador of Bureau Veritas' expertise, you represent our commitments with ambition and humility.

Regular travel within the PACA region is required, for which a vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in construction or naval engineering, or former sailor from the Merchant Navy or the French Navy.
  • Knowledge in boilermaking/welding, propulsion and onboard systems, safety, electricity, and naval architecture.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating high autonomy and strong technical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to internal and external client needs, adaptable, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
