▪ Purpose and main responsibilities


Through its 2025 Strategic Direction, Bureau Veritas reaffirming its M&A ambition and is now strengthening its Corporate M&A team to accelerate external growth, with a specific focus on sustainability and cybersecurity business growth.
As part of the M&A team of corporate development department, you will join a small team and you will be supervised by the M&A Directors.
Your main responsibilities will be:


- Screening of sustainability and cybersecurity markets for attractive investment opportunities
- Gather and synthesize financial information and operational insights about companies and market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions
- Financial and strategic investment analysis
- Assist in the execution of deals
- Assist in drafting business cases submitted to the M&A committee
- Support competitive intelligence with a specific focus on M&A activities in the company’s sector

 

 

▪ Education & skills

 

- Final year student from a top Business school.

- You have strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

- Autonomous, rigorous, and methodical.

- You possess superior computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

- You are fluent in English.

 

 

Location : Neuilly-sur-Seine

 

Duration : 6 months
