Vous rejoignez la Direction des Systèmes d'Information (ISM), en tant que Manager de Contrats.




Based in Paris, you will assume the role of ISM contract manager in the Corporate IT department. You will work operationally with the applicable managers of ISM, while adhering to functional policies and guidance, as well as assistance from, the Corporate procurement department.

In the context of strategic IT transformation, BV needs to build a strong eco-system of vendors. This role, in collaboration with the Corporate procurement department, consists of building this vendor eco-system as well as the associated vendor performance & contract management framework, followed with disciplined operational execution. The end objective is to ensure cost-efficient quality of solutions and services delivered to the business.




You will be responsible for the Vendor & Contract Management of the portfolio of ISM vendors.

The portfolio includes a wide range of software, services, hardware, and outsourcing contracts.

The specific responsibilities of the role, in collaboration with the IT delivery managers, include:

  • Vendor Performance management (defining and monitoring performance metrics, value, contractual, relationship, respect of SLA’s, support, escalations)
  • Vendor Cost management, including analysis of optimization and simplification opportunities agreed with procurement team, tracking of consumption and spend, ensuring contracted discounts including annual volume discounts are applied.
  • Risk and compliance management of contracts, pro-actively initiating reviews, renegotiation, termination and ensuring timely renewals, implicit or explicit.
  • Ensure up to date inventory and records of all contracts in the associated tools and repositories


Contribute to the following activities lead by the ISM Management and Corporate procurement department:

  • Strategic, classification & review of contracted vendors for alignment to market trends and BV and ISM strategy and roadmaps.
  • Sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations
  • Critical processes like compliance audits from vendors.



Profil & compétences

  • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have 2-3 years of experience in IT contract management or related experience. Experience in a similar position for a global company, is recommended. You have knowledge of the key IT suppliers in the industry.
  • Specific experience or exposure to outsourcing contracts, cloud providers, offshore dimensions will be ideal.
  • You are curious, willing to learn and understand the operational needs of the BV IT department to align the vendor performance.
  • You have force of character needed to build collaborative relationships with vendors while being exacting and demanding without compromise on their expected performance levels.
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of an ambitious IT transformation at BV.
