LOCATION:             Remote position reporting to HO, La Défense/Nantes

 

KEY INTERACTIONS:                

 

Internal: ISS management and teams ; interaction with the whole ISS network, esp. Security Officers in OGs; and IT et CIOs worldwide.

 

External: software vendors, consulting firms and resources, IT industry in general.

 

KEY MISSION - You act as Project Manager. Joining a team of technical and functional experts, you will be responsible for the implementation of the team's projects.

Scope of the position:

  • For the next one or two years, the focus of the mission shall be on strategic initiatives, specifically IDaaS and EDR, with reporting, steering and change management aspects of it.
  • At the same time, some additional subjects relating to scopes managed by the ISS team could also be addressed: data classification, PAM, new niche technologies, assistance for supervision and deployment of governance models.

 

As such, your missions consist of:

• Understand and analyze the needs and specifications provided by ISS colleagues, group entities, users, customers, or external partners

• Determine their feasibility, then define the framing phases of projects (prioritization of needs, business case, high level design, etc.)

• Ensure the operational activities of project management (budget, planning, risks and dependencies) and the management of the various contributors / suppliers

• Guarantee the quality and security of the solutions provided

• Set up clear and shareable KPIs at the project management level

• Monitor international deployments by working with the various CIOs and Security Officers of the group (8 divisions)

 

• Support the various experts and key-users with buy-in and change management

• Write specifications, project documentation and the various supports necessary for the adoption of projects

• Contribute to the most critical developments and the analysis of production incidents

EDUCATIONS

  • Superior degree in IT or related field; or relevant experience

 

EXPERIENCE

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in the world of information systems, including 2 as an IT project manager on group-wide projects and internationally.
  • Experience in leading projects in an international context.
  • Wide exposure to international contexts, cultures and decentralized teams
  • Demonstrated experience in information technology

 

SKILLS AND KNOW - HOW 

  • You can manage complex projects thanks to your sense of organization and leadership and your ability to solve problems. You have a good technical culture; you master process design and optimization; you have good knowledge of SaaS solutions and architecture.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Great ease in oral and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in plain language, ease with MS Office tools.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to inspire confidence and motivation
  • Experience of working in multi-geographic teams
  • English required, daily collaboration (in English) with French speaking Head Office teams and colleagues at ISS
