Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for shaping IS/IT governance and operating model to support the CIO strategy & Vision.
  • Provides leadership ensuring that the organization "does the right things" through strategy and governance, as well as "doing things right" through appropriate operating model and performance monitoring.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Member of the Group CIO Management Team
  • Supports the CIO in building and driving the transformation roadmap in the Global IT IS Network
    • ISM strategic vision, Target Operating Model, Target Governance model
    • Implements governance instances accordingly and ensure follow-up of actions
  • Implements & leads strategic, compliance & performance management reporting (ISM Dashboard)
  • Implements the governance framework and methodology for the global IT IS project portfolio
  • Implements & maintain the global IT IS Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Coordinate PMO network within global IT IS community
  • Implements the governance framework and methodology for new Business Demand Management   
  • Challenges, streamlines & implements ISM processes & tools according to best practices
  • Oversees risks evaluation and compliance management processes
  • Direct management of ad-hoc projects & initiatives according to need.

  • ISM Council members, OG CIO’s and direct reports, PMO network, IT IS teamsRelevant Business stakeholders

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience required: 7-10 years’ experience, Track record in IS/IT transformation
  • Training / Degree: BAC + 5 (computing science, project management).
