CONTEXTE
The Group Tax Department of Bureau Veritas is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager, who will be in charge of the global overhaul of its transfer pricing unit and the active management of the transfer pricing policy.
The transfer pricing manager will be responsible for:
- considering and carrying out the reorganization of the transfer pricing unit, including:
- internalizing the compliance aspects related to transfer pricing,
- automating invoicing and documentation campaigns,
- centralizing and coordinating all transfer pricing issues across the world, in particular by coordinating the tax and financial managers in the Network on these issues;
- improving reporting and control processes to secure the Group's transfer pricing policy
- for the analysis, implementation, monitoring and amendment of its transfer pricing policy, including:
- updating the Group transfer pricing documentation (Master File)
- coordination and assistance in setting up and updating local transfer pricing documentation (Local Files)
- carrying out royalty billing campaigns
- assistance to group companies in the context of tax audits in France or abroad, and management of amicable procedures,
- advising operational teams in order to anticipate and analyze transfer pricing issues, propose solutions and implement them
- monitoring and analyzing of international and local transfer pricing regulations
- analysis of Group data to comfort TP policy,
- analysis, drafting and implementation of contracts between Group companies.
- participation in related matters, including corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT, etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Master's degree in tax or economics, with at least 6 years of experience in transfer pricing acquired in a law firm and/or large Group
- Strong technical skills in transfer pricing and strong organizational skills to lead the redesign of the position
- Ability to perform complex financial modelling using high level Excel functionality
- Rigorous, autonomous, pro-active, ability to work on multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
