Your mission:

Bureau Veritas is looking for a strategic Account Manager / Global Key Account Manager for its food market. This individual will be in charge to accelerate business conversion, across Bureau Veritas’ divisions, with a limited selection of Major players in the food industry.

Based in one of the major hub of the company around the world, preferably in North America, this position will report into Food Global Service Line (GSL), in the Commodities and Trade Division (CTD) .

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leads globally the relationship between BV and a limited selection of Food and beverage customers.
  • Understands the customer environment and challenges, design and formalize a customized approach that positions Bureau Veritas as strategic partner to the customer
  • Aligns with and influences Bureau Veritas’ P&L owners so as to ensure the proposed Global Key account development strategy aligns and supports or, at minimum does not interfere, with the region’ growth priorities
  • Structures and organizes periodic “TOP to TOP” / C-suites touch points between Bureau Veritas and the customer senior executives.
  •  Identifies, develops and animates a network of local and regional champions to capture & address new opportunities while ensuring proper deployment and execution of ongoing projects
  • Organize and lead regional and global business reviews

Your profile:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the food industry, either on a food or beverage manufacturing plant, either in the sales or delivery of services to the food industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Global key Account / Strategic account leadership or experience in international roles
  • Minimum 5 years or experience in “influence without authority” position, ability to cope with very different cultures
