Job Purpose:

Under direction of the Service Catalogue Manager, candidate should contribute to enhance the existing Support Service Catalogue framework.

 

Main Accountabilities:

Candidate should participate to review about the use, draw trend and gather feedback from the community.

The candidate should be able to study area of improvement, present them to the Service Owner and implemented in the ITSM Tool upon arbitration from the ITSM product team and the vision set for the tool.

Candidate should raise his/her interest as per how IT organization service their users.

Training will be provided internally on the Micro Focus Tool philosophy and way forward.

The ITSM solution in use is Micro Focus SMAX in SaaS.

 

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Candidate should have done the higher education in IT
  • Good Communication Skill (French/ English)
  • Candidate should have the willingness to learn, be curious and a good listener.
  • S/he should be hard working with the ability to synthesize and good interpersonal skills.
