We are looking for QA/QC Manager (EN)
The QA/QC Manager ensures the quality of execution of the contractor's scope of supply and services through QA/QC measures defined in the QA/QC Management Plan and its detailed versions. The QA/QC Manager monitors all quality processes during planning and execution, production and construction at the suppliers' facilities, and on site, and reports nonconformities (NCRs).

The QA/QC department is responsible for independently and autonomously covering the following tasks for the QA/QC Manager with its own organization:
•
Establishment and management of a corresponding QA/QC team
•
Planning and coordination of all QA/QC measures within the project with
•
involvement of the project team
•
Creation and maintenance of the QA/QC management plan, its details and associated quality processes
•
Carrying out QA/QC audits at manufacturers and suppliers
•
Reviewing and commenting on ITPs for the manufacture and installation of components
•
Definition and coordination of inspection points within the suppliers' ITPs
•
Coordination of all QA/QC inspectors
•
Creation of NCRs and follow-up of corrective actions
•
Supporting the specialist project managers and specialist construction managers in reporting and tracking quality deviations
•
Documentation of the proper execution of construction work during acceptance tests and inspections as well as documentation of corrective measures in the event of quality deviations
•
Planning and implementation of quality assurance measures on the construction site (approvals, quality inspections, etc.)
•
Tracking deadlines for individual production processes
•
Planning quality assurance and the corresponding deadline tracking in the P4S project in collaboration with the sub-project managers
•
Carrying out all necessary and coordinated quality assurance measures over the entire production period of individual components
•
Carrying out quality assurance activities in consultation with internal and external project participants
•
Identification and implementation of necessary quality assurance measures during production
•
Random monitoring and testing of the execution, including documentation of the work carried out, such as welding, measuring, aligning, coating, electrical engineering, etc. (if necessary with the involvement of the relevant specialist departments)
•
Preparation of monitoring reports, deadline tracking and preparation of NCRs and control of defect rectification
•
Organising and holding relevant meetings with internal and external project participants
The requirements profile for the QA/QC Management or the QA/QC Manager designated by the Contractor designated QA/QC Manager includes (without claim to completeness):
•
Experience in the field of welding technology (welding technician, welding specialist)
•
Welding quality inspector, if applicable
•
QA specialist for foundries, if applicable
•
Coating inspector
•
Pressure equipment specialist, if applicable
•
VT, RT, PT, UT and MT according to ISO 9712 (NDT)
•
Proof of management competence (teams of up to 8 employees)
•
If applicable, SHE examination of operational managers
