Currently we are looking for:


Sales Manager (w/m/d)




  • Understand, represent, and sell the entire CPS Technology service portfolio
  • Prospect and generate new customers to finalize agreements
  • Pipeline management in CRM.
  • Research and create new opportunities with existing clients. Cross-sell. Up-sell
  • Manage and document all sales activities in CRM
  • Cold calls and qualifications of leads
  • Tracking and follow-up of quotations
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the respective BV laboratories and facilities to optimize success and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Communicate issues to relevant BV parties and clients in a timely manner
  • Self-responsibility for the execution of sales objectives and achieving the budget
  • Introduction and implementation of corrective measures on target shortfall
  • Realize market analysis: market segmentation, competition, SWOT




  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or information technology or similar training
  • Expertise in the field of testing and certification services in the areas of radio communication products, EMC, electrical safety, regulatory market access requirements, cyber security, electrical safety, etc.
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Team player with strong ambition to overdeliver the budget
  • Good technical knowledge and good commercial understanding
  • Keen perception and constant willingness to learn
  • Passion for sales and a strong customer focus
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Good PC skills (MS Office package, Salesforce would be an advantage)
