Commissioning Manager (m/f/d)

Limited Contract: 36 Months

YOUR Mission:

• Drive the commissioning process, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and successful project delivery
• Coordinate Commissioning Agents (CxAs) and oversee the development and execution of commissioning plans and testing activities
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, QA/QC performance, commissioning status, and KPI metrics
• Review RFIs and submittals from a commissioning perspective and support timely issue resolution
• Attend and monitor critical commissioning tests (Levels 2-5) to ensure systems perform according to contract requirements
• Provide regular updates and management reports on commissioning progress, budget, risks, and key project milestones

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, commissioning and project management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and commissioning teams
• Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong issue identification and resolution management skills
• Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
