Construction Manager (OFCI) (m/f/d)

YOUR Mission:

• Vendor Coordination: Oversee OFCI vendor interfaces and equipment (Generators, MV/LV Switchgear, UPS, BAS, EPMS, AHUs) in data centre construction projects
• Risk Management: identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout design, fabrication, and installation

• Technical Compliance Review: Review technical submissions from vendors and contractors for compliance with client specifications
• Project Process Implementation: Implement and monitor key project processes, report recommendations to the client team
• Site Oversight & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, report and track corrective actions to completion
• Handover & Documentation: Assist in handover planning and coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams
• Project Alignment: Review deliverables and role requirements with Lead Project Manager and client program lead at project onset

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (beneficial)
• 5+ years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation or commissioning
• Deep knowledge of data center critical equipment and Manufacturing QA/QC
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
